1. Is this a real store?

3. Where's my tracking?

Tracking is emailed to you once your order ships, typically within 1–3 business days of ordering. Allow 48–72 hours after receiving the tracking link for the carrier's system to update. Delivery takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.

4. How does the Buy 2 collars → free PDF guide work?

Add any 2 Night Walk collars to your cart and the Night Walk PDF guide is automatically added for free — no code needed. The offer applies at checkout and the guide is delivered digitally after your order is confirmed.

5. How do I size the collar?

Measure your dog's neck with a soft tape measure. Add 2 inches for a comfortable fit. Our collars come in S, M, and L — size details are listed on each product page. If you're between sizes, size up. Still unsure? Email us at support@nightwalkset.com.

6. USB rechargeable vs battery — what's in the box?

The USB Rechargeable collar includes the collar and a USB charging cable — no batteries required. The battery-option collar uses standard replaceable batteries (included). Both versions feature the same LED modes and reflective strip. Check the product title before ordering to confirm which version you're getting.

7. What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $70. Orders under $70 have a flat shipping rate. No hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
